What is the process to place an order online?

Select your frame, customize your lenses, upload a valid prescription, and complete checkout.

Why do I need a 2-year minimum valid eye prescription to submit my order or use within the expiration date?

Texas law requires that a doctor’s prescription must be valid for at least two years or until the expiration date written by the doctor.

Delivery / Processing Time

Orders are processed within standard timeframes. Shipping timelines will be provided at checkout.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Can I cancel my order?

No, once the order is submitted, it cannot be canceled unless stated below.

You must contact us during business hours within 24 hours of placing your order for any immediate changes or modifications, including but not limited to adding coatings, lens material, or frame selection. If your order has not been processed, we will be able to add or modify it before processing begins. Once the prescription manufacturing process has started, no cancellations or refunds can be applied.

If the order is in the manufacturing process, we will not be able to cancel it.

Do you offer Safety Rx plans?

Yes, we provide an efficient prescription safety eyewear program.

  • Minimum yearly orders are required to maintain pricing.
  • A minimum order is required for on-site services.
  • Travel fees may apply.

Can I cancel my order?

 No, once the order is submitted, it cannot be canceled unless stated below.
